Terms of Service for ScrapDataPro Chrome Extensions

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any ScrapDataPro Chrome Extension operated by ScrapDataPro.

Your access to and use of any Extension is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use any ScrapDataPro Chrome Extension.

By accessing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Extension.

1. Description of Service

ScrapDataPro Chrome Extensions are browser-based software tools designed to assist users in extracting publicly available data from supported websites for personal, analytical, or business purposes.

Important Note: All ScrapDataPro Extensions operate locally within your Chrome browser. ScrapDataPro does not store, collect, or transmit scraped data on its servers. All data processing occurs on the user's local device.

2. User Obligations and Compliance

  • Compliance with Third-Party Terms: Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any website they interact with while using the Extension.
  • Legal and Ethical Use: The Extension must only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • User Responsibility: Any account restrictions, bans, rate limits, or enforcement actions imposed by third-party platforms are solely the responsibility of the user.
  • No Resale: Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Extension without written permission.
  • Data Accuracy: ScrapDataPro does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of extracted data.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Payment Processor: Payments and subscriptions are securely processed through Creem.io, our authorized payment processor.
  • Financial Data: ScrapDataPro does not store or process payment card information. Billing data is handled directly by Creem.io.
  • Subscription Renewal: Subscription plans may automatically renew based on the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  • User Responsibility: Users are responsible for managing subscription cancellation through the payment system.

4. Refund Policy (7-Day Limited Refund)

ScrapDataPro provides a limited 7-day refund policy under specific conditions.

A refund may be granted only if:

  • The Extension does not function as intended, or
  • The user experiences verified account or activation issues preventing normal usage, and
  • Clear supporting evidence is provided.

Refund Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Users must provide screenshots, recordings, or sufficient technical evidence.
  • Users must allow reasonable troubleshooting time before approval.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, misuse, lack of technical knowledge, or third-party platform restrictions.

5. Communications and Email Notifications

By creating an account or purchasing a ScrapDataPro product, you agree that ScrapDataPro may send service-related emails including account notices, product updates, feature announcements, and new product releases.

  • Product Updates: Users may receive emails about improvements and new tools.
  • Unsubscribe Option: Each email contains an unsubscribe link allowing users to opt out of promotional communications at any time.
  • Processing: Once unsubscribed, promotional emails will stop within a reasonable processing period.
  • Service Emails: Essential account or billing emails may still be sent when necessary.

ScrapDataPro does not sell or share user email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension and all related content remain the exclusive property of ScrapDataPro. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. ScrapDataPro does not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScrapDataPro shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including account bans, lost profits, legal claims, or enforcement actions resulting from user activities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScrapDataPro from claims or liabilities arising from misuse of the Extension or violations of laws or third-party policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension for misuse or violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of ScrapDataPro.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
