Welcome to the YouTube Chat Suite Chrome Extension (the "Extension"), provided by ScrapDataPro ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Data Processing: The Extension is a client-side tool. It operates entirely within your browser to scrape, archive, and analyze publicly available YouTube live chat data. The processing and storage of this data occurs on your local machine only. We do not access, receive, or store the scraped chat data.

Restrictions: You agree not to:

  • Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violation of any intellectual property rights or YouTube's Terms of Service.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Extension.
  • Use the Extension to harass, abuse, or impersonate others.

3. YouTube and Third-Party Terms

The Extension interacts with the YouTube platform. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Extension is subject to YouTube's current Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are an independent third-party tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.

Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws and the terms and policies of any third-party services you use, including YouTube.

4. Subscription, Payment, and Refunds

Access to certain features of the Extension may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed via our third-party merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

  • Subscription: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal provided by Lemon Squeezy.
  • Refunds: Refund policies are clearly stated on the purchase page. Generally, we offer a refund within a limited window if the product is found to be non-functional, subject to our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall ScrapDataPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Extension; (iii) any content obtained from the Extension; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law
