Any trademarks, service marks, logos, or company names mentioned or inferred are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any connection or endorsement. The Chrome Extension is an independent utility designed for processing publicly available web data.
2. User Responsibility and Third-Party Terms of Service (TOS)
The Property Data Extractor is designed to automate the collection of publicly accessible data that is already visible to a normal web browser.

- Indemnification: By using this tool, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScrapDataPro from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your non-compliance with any third-party TOS.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Property Data Extractor for any purpose that is prohibited by this AUP or any applicable law. Unacceptable uses include:
- Massive, unauthorized, or excessive data collection that may overload or disrupt the operation of any third-party website.
- Extracting private, non-public, or proprietary information, or information not clearly intended for public viewing.
- Any use that violates local, state, national, or international laws, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Using the extracted data in a manner that directly competes with the data source in violation of their TOS.
